These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we offer, specifically paid award-booking services for travel using points and miles (“Services”). By accessing or using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services:

We offer paid assistance in finding and helping to facilitate booking award travel using your points and miles. Our services include:

  • Initial consultation: Discussing your travel goals, preferences, and available points/miles.
  • Award availability search: Researching airlines and loyalty programs for suitable award flights matching your criteria.
  • Itinerary creation: Building a customized itinerary with flight options, routing, and potential stopovers.
  • Booking assistance: Facilitating the booking of your chosen award flight using your points/miles.

  1. Fees:
  • A non-refundable $50 fee is required to initiate the search process for each travel request.
  • A $150 fee will be assessed for the first traveler (less your $50 deposit), $100 for the second traveler, and $150 for each additional traveler in your itinerary. These fees are due to thePointsPage prior to the release of our findings for your search whether or not you choose to complete your reservations.
  • Additional fees may apply for complex itineraries or specialized services. These fees will be clearly communicated via email before proceeding.
  1. Disclaimer of Liability:

We strive to provide the best possible service and utilize our expertise to find the most suitable award options for your travel needs. However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Availability of specific award flights: Airlines and loyalty programs frequently adjust their award availability and program rules. We are not responsible if desired flights are unavailable or require more points/miles than initially estimated.
  • Changes by airlines or loyalty programs: Airlines and loyalty programs may change their policies, fees, or award structures at any time, potentially impacting your booked itinerary. We are not liable for any consequences arising from such changes.
  • Booking errors or cancellations: While we take utmost care during the booking process, errors or cancellations beyond our control can occur. We are not responsible for any financial losses or inconveniences resulting from such situations.
  • Travel issues: We are not responsible for any issues encountered during your travel, such as flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or changes in travel restrictions. We highly recommend purchasing a 3rd-party insurance policy that provides protection that you deem sufficient. We recommend our partner “SquareMouth Travel Insurance” as a search platform to find a policy that matches your needs.
  1. Your Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your travel preferences, points/miles balances, and loyalty program memberships.
  • You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and conditions of your respective loyalty programs.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary documentation and meet all entry requirements for your destination(s) including visas, passport, immunizations / vaccines, and any other applicable requirement for your destination.
  1. Payment:

Payment for the initial search fee and any additional charges will be processed through our secure payment gateway. The $50 fee will be due immediately, and the remaining amount based on number of passengers will be due prior to receiving the award itinerary we find.

  1. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services or website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan in the United States.

  1. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our website and Services.

  1. Updates to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our website or Services following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
